Nexad AI Dashboard
Nexad is the world's first AI-native advertising platform. While my teammate focused on the onboarding experience, I designed the publisher-facing dashboard — built to help AI app developers and publishers track revenue, manage ad settings, and monitor performance in real time. The interface aims to prioritize clarity and usability.
Background
Nexad is the world's first AI-native advertising platform, embedding personalized, context-aware ads into AI-driven environments like chatbots and virtual assistants. As the platform rapidly scaled, Nexad needed a publisher-facing dashboard to help AI app partners manage their ad settings, monitor revenue, and optimize monetization—all while maintaining a seamless user experience.
The Problem
Despite Nexad's powerful backend, its early internal tool for publishers lacked a clear interface and scalable design system. The main issues identified were:
- Disorganized revenue and performance data, making it difficult for publishers to interpret trends or take action.
- Fragmented settings and controls without intuitive hierarchy.
- No centralized platform for managing ad placements or tracking payout history.
User Flow
Before starting the design, my teammate and I mapped out the full user flow to clarify key interactions and define the necessary screens. This helped us align our work—she focused on onboarding while I handled the dashboard—and ensured a smooth, logical experience for both new and returning users.
The flow starts with two entry points: a CTA or a navigation link for advertisers. Returning users can sign in and go directly to the dashboard. New users are guided through a three-step sign-up process: account setup, company info, and email verification (including a code input).
Once onboarded, users land on the publisher dashboard, where they can create campaigns, manage ad settings, and track revenue. Campaign creation includes clear save/cancel options and returns users to the dashboard—supporting efficient, intuitive navigation across tasks.

Final Product
Due to a tight timeline, we skipped wireframing and moved straight into high-fidelity prototyping, working closely with the product manager to align on priorities. The final design delivers a clean, intuitive dashboard for publishers to track revenue, manage ad settings, and monitor performance—optimized for clarity, speed, and scalability.
Real-Time Dashboard & Campaign Management
The dashboard provides a quick snapshot of key metrics—budget, impressions, CTR, and spend—paired with a clean table for managing campaigns. Publishers can pause, review, and edit campaigns directly. A modal allows quick updates to tracking links without leaving the page, streamlining the workflow for fast, in-context adjustments.

Visual Reporting for Smarter Decisions
The "Reports" section uses charts to help publishers track trends across budget, spend, CTR, and effective cost-per-click (eCPC). By visualizing performance over time and across campaigns, we empower users to make informed adjustments and optimize results without diving into raw data.

Payment Error Handling
To support better user experience during transaction issues, we designed a focused warning lightbox for failed payments. Clear messaging, a retry button, and invoice-specific references help users understand the issue and take immediate action without confusion or redirection.

Clean Settings, Clear Control
Under "Setting," users can manage account information and company details with a simple, form-based layout. We emphasized user clarity with segmented sections for password updates, company profile, and business objectives. Edge cases like account modification are handled with contextual instructions and direct contact support, keeping the experience clear and focused.
